Happy Wednesday everyone !!! :dancing:

I received my offical NOA1 letter yesterday and my case is being processed in California!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I am hoping for a speedy process!!! I had a question when filing the DS-160 form can I fill it out myself and send it to my fiance in Santo Domingo ?

Hi,

You have to fill it out and send it. It requires your signature. It must be original, no copies. Good luck, I'm just one step ahead of you.

Also this is incorrect.

The DS-160 is the electronic readiness notification.

the beneficiary fills it out online and has to enter their name at the end to officially sign it online.

It cannot be printed and sent to your fiancé to sign.

You can help fill it in and then your fiancé can log on and sign it and take the confirmation page to their interview.

This is after the noa2 though.
