Hi everyone,

We are about to file I-130 for my mother. Need input from anyone who had experience with parent's birth certificate discrepancy. Here is the situation...

On my birth certificate her "maiden middle name" is different from her birth certificate. An affidavit was issued to support this discrepancy - they call it one-and-the-same person affidavit. All other entities are correct and match with mine except her "maiden middle name". Will this be an obstacle in her application or during the interview?

Any information provided will be greatly appreciated!
