What happened to the 30 days?

Scan date of April 23rd and still nothing. Others are getting case reviewed with scan dates on and even after that. Is it seriously all just luck? There seems to be no rhyme or reason and the CSRs at NVC couldn't be more less caring at all. They go home to their loved ones at the end of the day. Had I know this process was going to take so long I would've stayed in Abu Dhabi with my wife another month or two longer before we went our separate ways me back to US and her back to the philippines. Anyone else frustrated beyond belief?

You definitely should have heard by May 23rd. Most, but not all, and i use the word "most" cautiously, have had their cases reviewed in 30 days or less. What are they saying when you call?

And I agree about the customer service Reps. I call every evening and get the same guy who appears to take pleasure and shows zero empathy when he tells me "Nope no interview yet, anything else I can help u with" smh. No feedback as to when, why, what to expect, nothing.

When I call I get the same thing - not reviewed yet, give us a couple days, or should be soon, or tonight just now - give us another week. None can explain why others have gotten their cases reviewed/complete or checklist. It makes no sense. I know others are in the same boat, but why others have gotten theirs reviewed just makes no sense whatsoever. At least humor me and say sorry we are working as hard as we can even if it's not meant but the ones that you wanna reach thru the phone and choke make the process that much worse.

Yes. I feel your frustrations. When I was waiting on my case to be completed I was very surprised that they were holding to the 30 day mark and they actually lived up to it. It makes me wonder if they've gotten back logged again. By day 25 they promised it would happen by the 30 calendar day mark and it did. They did comment about how often I called but I don't think that played a part. Call first thing in the morning, from what I've learned the day crew seem to be more competent. The night crew are even more clueless and appear to be half asleep.
