I'm willing to guess that the Belgium consulate is similar to many other low fraud countries and they won't even look all that much at that sort of stuff. Provide the Skype call logs though they show how much you communicate and won't make your petition thicker than the bible!

Relationship proof is for embassy interview, not the I-129F.

I-129F only requires proof that you've met in person, things like photos of you together and airplane tickets/boarding passes. The photos appear to be the biggest thing though, from what I'm seeing here and elsewhere, but only photos that include both of you. Photos with both of you and your family are also apparently quite good. It's just things that prove you were physically together at least once, to meet the "must have met in person" requirement.

We went through a tougher consulate than I'd imagine Brussels is and I included about 100 pages of chat from the latest 6 months of our relationship (cut and pasted into a word document so I could "edit" anything that I didn't want read by a complete stranger... I included like three days a month or something. I don't think it mattered to them that they didn't get to read everything from the start of our relationship. If Belgium isn't considered high fraud (and I doubt that it is high fraud) don't sweat it... include excerpts of what you have that are clearly marked and do yourself a favor pick ones that you want them to see even if it's a fight and the resolution after.

I just don`t know I have read lots of threads of people including theirs and I thought maybe adding some screenshots of our early whatsapp messages woul prove our stable relationship?

Proof of ongoing relationship isn't required for the I-129F petition. It is needed for the US Embassy interview, if anything. Since European Union countries (among some others like Canada, Australia, New Zealand) are low fraud countries, very often K1 applicants in these countries won't even be asked to show proof of ongoing relationship at the interview.

I had my K1 interview in November 2014 and I didn't need to show any proof at all. My whole interview lasted 5 minutes, it was super easy and I was approved on spot. 2 days later I received my passport with my visa in it and 9 days from the interview I was already in the US. I also have read lots of horror stories here on Visajourney and I brought tons of proof just in case. I don't regret it though. It is better to be safe then sorry, they say.

For the I-129F I emailed whatsapp chats to myself and printed the word doc.

I'm working on our interview evidence and I have been scouring through 968 pages covering sept 14 to present.

I'm on April 15!

Belgium and Haiti aren't even comparable. Belgium is a Western European 1st world country that is part of the Visa Waiver Program. Haiti is one of the top high fraud countries. The 1st place is reserved for Nigeria, but Haiti is close.

Have you tried using the whatsapp web on your computer? https://web.whatsapp.com/Go to that link and it will have your phone scan a barcode from your whatsapp and then will display your previous conversations on your pc. Easy to print those off right from your computer.

In my I129F we didn't submit any chat logs at all. Just copies of his boarding passes, passport entry stamps and pictures of us together.

For peace of mind it wouldn't hurt to include a print out or two of your correspondence together. I wish you good luck!

I'm glad the passport entry stamps got mentioned. I'd forgotten that in my previous reply. Photocopies of the passport identification page (with the picture), and of pages with relevant passport stamps are a good choice.

Ok we are doing it from a country more in the middle, Turkey, a lot harder than Belgium but nowhere near as hard as Haiti, and for our 129f, we just included skype transcripts, a flight itenerary, engagement party photos and and pictures of us with my parents two instant message conversation from early in the relationship. According to our lawyer, we were one of the fastest approved I29F cases they have seen in a long time.

We've recently been approved with no RFE and I think everyone has said already what you need but, I took a scan of our application pack before we sent it in just (so I had copy of it in case something went wrong) and just took a look to see what we included (been stuck at TSC a long time!) So here is our list:

+ Letters Certifying intent to marry from both

+ Airline itineraries of when we met. We included three (at minimum you only need one, only need to prove met once in last two years).

+ A tour receipt that we paid and took together in Toronto (one of the itineraries was our flights to Toronto to meet each other)

+ Concert tickets in her hometown that we went to see together

+ 4 photos showing us together again linked to locations we provide flight itineraries of. We also wrote a brief description on back of each photo describing where we were and who was in the photo.

+ Skype log listing our calls to each other in last couple of months (the maximum you can print off skype)

We also put post it notes on the itineraries and other stuff to help the Adjudicator know what they are looking at e.g. "XXX itinerary showing flights to Toronto".

I thought whatspp would be pointless when you had a skype call log they don't want to know all the messages you sent (especially if some are a bit kinky! well maybe that would cheer up their day )

So we probably did more than what was expected but we got no RFE. We did get approved early in comparison to other people in our month, that could easily be luck, or all the stuff we did above helped, or maybe a combination of the two, who knows, read what you want into that.

Why not just type a very brief summary of your story discussing how you met and how you continue to communicate? Include a page from every 2-3 months you have been together, if you feel that will benefit your case.

We did a CR-1 which actually requires evidence, and we did not include any chat logs. I did include a screen shot of number of messages to be down loaded along with a very brief summary of our relationship...less than one page typed.

I think including many pages of chat logs shows a bit of desperation, but that is only my opinion. I am sure whatever you do will be the best choice for you.

I included key aspects of conversation that show a relationship (plans for visiting, wedding plans, rings, conversion of what things will be like and just generally good mornings and good night over a a span of time showing dates). They aren't generally required and I wasn't asked for them, but I sent in snapshots anyway.

You can hook up your phone take the snapshots off of it and put the conversations side-by-side in a program like photoshop and print them off.

All we included was passport stamps (though we did have a lot of them). No problem getting approved, wasn't asked for anything else.

Approval speed has nothing to do with preloaded evidence and everything to do with the assigned Service Center. Your petition wasn't better prepared than everyone elses's you just lucked out with the draw of the Service Center. Congrats on that, nevertheless.

For the I-129F to be fulfilled, you need to meet the listed requirements on the form. Chatlogs are not part of that.
