Little Whatsapp Problem

So I`m trying to mail myself my whatsapp conversation with my fiance but it only sends me from 6 months after we started using it. And it`s still over 1000 pages long.

I have tried to go back on my whatsapp screen by searching for keywords I know we only used in the beginning and it goes back to the beginning but then it freezes completely, it keeps crashing before I can take a screenshot.

How did you guys do that? I doubt adding the word version of our convo will help since we need proof in our i-129F and typed text doesnt seem like proof to me?

My fiances phone is better but he got a new one a few months ago cause his old one broke, so he doesnt have access to his older messages anymore.

HELP I don`t know what to do about this.

We dont use facebook, as a matter of fact he doesn`t have facebook. We barely text, only when we`re at the airport looking for each other, and although we skype daily it`s always video calls so the only proof is our call duration at the end when we hang up, barely any text. So whatsapp is where all our sweet convo`s take place and it sucks I can only go back in time a few months..

I just don`t know I have read lots of threads of people including theirs and I thought maybe adding some screenshots of our early whatsapp messages woul prove our stable relationship?

We did not include any chat history and were approved without issue. I wouldn't worry too much!

We didn't include any chat history in our K1 petition. ON my embassy interview I brought only our skype call history (just duration of our convos), and few emails. They never asked questions about it. We were approved without issue.

You haven`t seen may people going through Brussels? Or you haven`t seen many people that go through Brussels include chat proof?

I have not seen many Belgium cases at all, so am not that familiar with the Consulate requirements.

Similar Consulates would not require that so I was surprised that you need it.

I have no idea if I actually do, I just thought it belonged in the i-129f package with the proof of an ongoing relationship. For now all I have there is a few texts and screenshots of our duration of skype video calls and I was worried that wouldn`t be enough.

We`d hate to get an RFE for something we could have easily avoided

Photos? Plane ticket receipts? Bank statements showing you spent money in each others countries? All of this is good evidence.

Oh I have photos and plane tickets etc from us being together but I assumed the ongoing relationship part had to be proof of actually being in contact while not being physically together.

Relationship proof isn't a requirement for the I-129F petition. In other words, you will not get an RFE for not including it.

It sounds like you have more than enough. I wouldn't get hung up on this. As the below quote states, this is not a requirement. However, even if you wanted to front load for the interview, you have a good amount. Good luck!

If we had provided all the chatlogs I think the officer would of hated us, probably would of been 1000s of pages thick. Save the trees and don't bother.

When we started out I was a little stressed out thinking about how many chat logs and emails we'd have to try and sort out... but then he calmed me down and talked some sense into me, that we had more than enough proof.

For proof of ongoing relationship obviously photographs are still secondary evidence. But we did send plenty of things like passport stamps and boarding passes. Also receipts and ticket stubs that matched up to locations seen in our photographs. Cards from our engagement party and the receipt for the ring were also something we tossed in just for the heck of it. Though may not of been needed. We were also a little more descriptive in Question 34a than most people probably are.

If you want extra evidence like chatlogs that is something the fiancé should take to their interview -- but honestly this is something probably not needed for that consulate. A difficult place with high fraud sure, front load it, and then load it some more come interview time... but I don't think you'll have any issues here.

Only things I included were meeting requirements, where we met (online) photos passport hotel receipts in the last 2 years of meeting I was approved recently not a lot of stuff but what they require. Im with everyone else. You wont need it and certainly no RFE for that.
