Hi,

I was wondering if anyone else has a similar situation to mine. My uncle is currently overseas (Guyana) and he keeps getting denied his visa to visit us in the US. Is there any way I can sponsor him or help him get his visa. Does anyone has a similar problem or a possible solution. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

You would have to sponsor your parent that is his sibling and then that parent could sponsor that sibling once they become a USC. Waiting time would be about 20 years.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
