Hi my fiance resign to his previous job and got a new job but it wont work now coz he got injure, my question is do we still qualified to process for k1 and not get denied even he has no job now,he has his own asset like house and two car and bank too,i have his 2014 itr and w2. Ist enough for affidavit of support,were still waiting for our noa2. Kindly need advice,thanks.

Even if he doesn't make enough he can get a co-signer who does. That or he has to have a lot of money in his bank. He can't count his house as an asset because it would cause hardship, but in this case he either has to have a significant amount of money in his bank or have a co-signer who does meet the financial requirements.

06/30/16 - I-485 Case changed to "My Card has been mailed to me!"
07/05/16 - Green Card received in mail!

02/27/19 - Biometrics waived 

04/29/19 - New card being produced!
05/09/19 - USPS delivered green card! In hand now!
