Just be patient.. Call them if possible so that they'll see that u are really waiting for it.. Dont worry its bot gonna take 60 days as they usually say. Based from my experience..

We have sent our documents on 5th May then it was received on 7th May however, they have scanned it on 11th but until now we have not received anything from them. I called them and they told me to count 30 days from the date of scan to get CC. I think they send email to some but no all so do not worry too much if you know your scan date then count the date from that to know when your case will be closing. If they pass that date then contact them to find out. I hope this helps.

The thing is I don't even know my scan date. Is there a way to know if the Document is scanned?

You will need to call them to find out when they put your details on their system and that is what scan date means so once you know that you will need to count 30 to 45 days for case complete.

Just call the NVC everytime u have a question.. Cause they know everything u just have to be patient while waiting coz it really takes an hr sometimes before u get to hold on their representative..
