Hello everyone

Seriously i am very sad and confused as NVC is driving me crazy.

My issue began when i transferred my interview location from Amman to Saudi arabia.

when my case was having AMM, i have submitted my whole documents by Email.

and when they changed it to RID, i have also submitted my whole documents by postal mail UPS.

when i started calling them regarding the status of my documents, they told me that there is no one is reviewing it and it is not appearing on their system!!!!!!!!

My documents where received by them on April 13 and my PD is october 18/2013.

this is really driving me crazy, even one of them advised me to resubmit the documents again.

Moreover, i have received this email from them:

"Dear Sir/Madam:

The National Visa Center (NVC) received your inquiry regarding the immigrant visa petition: RID201XXXXXXXXX filed by MXXXXXXXXXRI on behalf of RXXXXXXXXXXXXL.
The U.S. Embassy/Consulate General processing RXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXL's petition was changed to the Embassy/Consulate General in RIYADH, SAUDI ARABIA.
We received documents for your case. Please allow 45 days for us to review your documents. We will notify you with further instructions after we finish our review""

WHAT SHOULD I DO???

when did you receive the email from them? Was that also in April? If they received it in April, then all you can do at the moment is keep calling them if it has been 45 days since then which sounds like it may have been. Unfortunately, changing centers does create a lot of delays as the systems between countries may be different.
