Hi guys I just want ur feedback regarding H1b my friend got selected from lottery this year for h1b. He got rejected from last 2 years for H1B he is working but last time he was rejected as he lied to labor department what are his chances in getting approved this time thanks in advance

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

He lied that he was working with some project but they came to know he didn't but from last 1 year he is working in opt.it is 32 hr/ week job related to his field but he got seletecd from lottery this year what r approval chances

I still don't understand... OPT is a legal part of a student visa, why would he lie about that?

He lied abt the job which he didn't have last year but his opt was valid.but they came to know abt that he lied abt his job.but he got job last may and is working now no lie in this authentic job

Padding a resume, claiming experience w\o actually having worked. A shortcut to work history where one doesn't exist or otherwise lack qualification for.

OPT needs to be employed within 90 days after it is issued. So this guy decided to lie about he had a job within that 90 days but he didn't have a job, if I am right.
