Are you in the U.S. With your fiancé ? You can only get a fiancé visa in your home country by going to a interview there so that is fine, no one can tell you if you will get the visa or not it depends on if the people reviewing and interviewing your case believe your relationship with your fiancé is genuine and real and that you will indeed get married .

Make sure you get a police cert from any country in Europe where you've lived more than six months after your 16th birthday.

Can't you have your interview in the European country you're in now? I'm just asking because from what I hear, Nigeria has a very tough embassy due to the high fraud in that country. Plus if you're living in another country and have a home and job there, seems unnecessary for you to have to go back to your home country, unless you need to for collecting documents etc.

Most people would avoid Lagos for obvious reasons.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

Police certificate.

No one can tell you this, it really depends. Lagos is the #1 high fraud consulate - for a reason.

Definitely get police certificates from the country you are living in. Also, I believe if you are a permanent resident of the country that you are in, you could interview there and not in Nigeria.

That is correct. You can choose to interview in either Lagos or your current country of residence.

Lagos is hell to go through but you will get scrutinized going through any other country's embassy too because you are of Nigerian nationality.

OP, are you a legal permanent resident there or on a valid student visa ? Why not interview in your current country's embassy ?

Spoiler

Yes i can get the criminal cerificate here also in Nigeria with any other document they may need, but i have less than one month on my resident with my international passport, and they cant renew the resident for me again due to some reason, my criminal record is okay both home and here, so that is the reason why i choose Nigeria beacuse i dont know how long it will take them to approve my i-129f not to over stay here, and i think it wont be possible to apply for the k1 visa without a valid resident.
