Hi guys! Wishing you all a great day ahead! Today, I received a letter from NVC stating that they received our papers from USCIS. The case number was noted on it. My question is, when I can able to get the Invoice number? And when I will send the AOS documents? It also stated in the letter that there is no visa available and no further processing is taking place. Please answer for those who have the idea. Appreciate it from the bottom of my heart. Thank you.

USCIS Stage:

Dec 02 2013: Priority Date

Feb 28 2014: NOA 2 Received.

Aug 14 2014 : No Visa available letter

Feb 25 2015: DS 261 Completed

Feb 26 2015: AOS Fee Paid

April 10 2015: IV fee Paid and IV Packet sent

April 11 2015: DS-260 Completed

April 13 2015: Resend I-864 to NVC with Check list and Bar Coded Cover Sheet

April 14 2015: New Scan date Asigned

May 8 2015: E-mail with 2nd Check list, CC but I need new AOS form for interview day, because item missing.

May 14 2015: Case complete by e-mail.

July 9 2015: Case Status Checked as "READY"

11/05/2015: welcome letter received.


11/07/2015: ds261 submitted.


11/10/2015: aos paid


11/22/2015: iv paid


11/25/2015: ds260 completed


11/27/2015: aos & iv packet sent


12/04/2015: scan date


01/14/2016: case complete


09/28/2016: recieved interview letter (phone call)


11/09/2016: interview date.(approved)

My PD is Nov. 24, 2014. Thank you.

I think that you´ll receive your case and INN when USCIS finished review your case, once they send you NOA2 you can call to NVC office and ask about your INN and case number (allow 30 days from USCIS send docs to NVC office), only until USCIS aproved your case, while you should wait for it. Rigth now i saw June 2014 PD´s can get acces to ceac portal and fill it DS-261, that is 1st step of further process with NVC.

I advice you wait, until USCIS aprove your case.

My case was approved on March. California Service Center. I received a letter from NVC stating the acknowledgement of our petition docs from USCIS. Case number was noted on it but no IIN.

You can call to NVC office to get your Case number and invoice too, but you still not get acces to portal CEAC until NVC believe your case will became current, you need wait more time.

See the current Visa bulletin to get a date exactly that they are working in F2A category.

My apologize I don´t know, I know the transcript is for last 3 years, I think you should have a cosponsor, if you not complain with last 3 years but it can be wrong, please search in another post.
