Hello All,

All October fillers, with PD earlier than Nov 1st, 2013:

It seems that we will start receiving our interview letters soon, please use this thread to keep us updated.

June Visa Bulletin has been issued and the cut-off date is :

F2A 01OCT13

I think the coming VB will cover all of us, what do you think?

Whens ur PD AELF? Our PD is 7th october 2013, going to try and call today/this week, hopefully they have started some scheduling.... Anyone else called yet?

hello everyone

My PD is October/18/2013 and still waiting for the case to be completed.

i have submitted my whole documents on March 26 by email then i have requested to transfer my interview to another embassy.

the case number was changed on May 1 from Amman to Riyadh, but i sent my documents by mail to NVC and were received on April 13.

so i dont know why is it taking so long and i dont know what is my scan date.

our application was April 2013, finally NVC sent my Senator an email saying all papers are processed Friday but I have not seen any change in NVC posting site now received confirmation of this. Waiting now for 6 years and this has been an emotional roller coaster.

03/28/15 : Hard copy of transfer received in mail

04/14/15 : NOA2 ( I-130 Approved) - finally! (informed via text on 4/16/2015)

NVC -

04/29/15 : NVC received the case (informed during phone call to NVC on 5/01/2015

05/08/15 : Case number assigned and IIN (received via phone call on 5/14/2015)

05/12/15 : NVC Welcome letter mailed

05/19/15 : NVC Welcome received in mail

05/29/15 : DS-261 Finally Available on CEAC and completed

05/29/15 : AOS bill Available on CEAC and paid (status: IN PROCESS)

06/02/15 : AOS bill status: PAID

06/15/15 : IV invoice generated (notified by email) but unable to pay on CEAC...waiting...

07/05/15 : IV bill Finally Available on CEAC and paid (status: IN PROCESS)

I called yesterday, same old "we havnt started scheduling nonesense" :(...Will try again on monday if we dont hear anything. Anyone else called?

What should they have told you, "Come tomorrow pick up your Green Card"?

You know why most of operators are nasty? Because most callers are very pretentious

NVC always requests for case number and details of both beneficiary and petitioner, can one really have those details and hold on for that long call only to be pretentious? Who would have the case number apart from the people involved? Am just confused please explain.

Same reason I want to wait till June, I am sick of hearing scheduling has not commenced. I hope NVC commences scheduling soon. Good luck to us all.
