Hello,

My I-130 was recently approved by USCIS. I am US Citizen and I had upgraded my petition to USCIS from F2A. The NOA2 shows

my petition as for spouse of US citizen.

However, when I received email from NVC. It mentioned that my preference cateory is F2A. When I tried choosing agent at NVC website and fill in data

per invoice ID number, it was not accepted.

Do I have to upgrade my petition to NVC again (USCIS had already upgraded I-130 few months ago)?

I am confused. When I emailed NVC again, they havent responded again. It has been more than 5 weeks since my I-130 was approved

and I have not received any further mail from NVC.

I am confused. Please help me with your experience and advice.
