Wait about one week and then call the NVC (603) 334-0700 Request your case number, invoice ID, and beneficiary number. Then with your case number you can go to https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx?eQs=o/iS8zDpeAKjMWCuebHqOw==

Make sure to select Immigrant Visa and then type in your case number, that will allow you to see when your file leaves the NVC, when it is in transit, and when it says "Ready". When you see "Ready" this means your file is at the US embassy in Jerusalem.

all the info for the embassy in Jerusalem is here http://www.visajourney.com/consulates/index.php?ctry=Israel&cty=Jerusalem

Based on comments it says you can contact them before your file reaches the embassy and get packets 3 and 4 from them. So just reach out to the embassy now and ask for packet 3 and 4, when you contact the embassy give them these details:

Name of petitioner (US Citizen)

Name of beneficiary (You)

Your date of birth

Receipt number

All the best of luck! after the NOA2 things move MUCH quicker! :dancing:
