Hello everyone. I would like to ask if the paper work from HR Block when we filed our Income Tax Return will be accepted by USCIS. We have the 2013 and 2014 filing of our Income Tax prepared by HR Block. Thank you for your advice.

No. Go to irs.gov and order tax transcripts for free. Mine arrived within a week. There is no proof that the prepared paperwork from HR Block was filed. Good luck!

Thank you so much. We will be sending our I-751 packet on first week of June. My green card will be expired on Aug. 29, 2015. Waiting for June I-751 filer here in Visa Journey.

Why would you order them when you can download them for free as well and print them out?

If you cannot get them off the IRS website (some people have issues) then you can go to an IRS office and have them printed out that day as well.

I would not waste my printer ink or gas in my car when the IRS sends them to my home for free.

The OP also has enough time to receive them and then send off the ROC application. The alternatives you suggest have a cost associated with them that can clearly be avoided.

Well if there is a mess up with the address, then they cannot always send it to your home. :)

I agree with NLR just have it sent to your e-mail request for your tax transcripts and make sure to choose that it be sent to you via e-mail (I assume you have an active e-mail address). Go to the IRS web site and look for the link on how to request for an IRS tax transcript. Good luck!
