Call NVC and ask for a review

Hey guys,

This may be a stupid question...

I am wondering if it is possible to call NVC and ask the rep to review my files and grant "case complete" at that time? Or maybe they can take a look at some files and tell me if those files look fine?

Thanks

Hello,

they have a FIFO queue, means first in first out (that is what they claim).

means when you send your papers, they are enqueued and wait for their turn. Representatives do not review any documents, they are just representatives.

you will have to wait until they review your docs and reach out to you. when is your scan date? it does not harm to call like twice a week and ask for an update (like 3 weeks after you submit the papers)
