Hi Guys, please is it normal to not have a PD on my NOA1? Our i130 petition was filed on the 27th of Jan. but when we received the receipt, it didnt say anything about a priority date. I was wondering, is there a way, one can find out what their PD date is? Thank you.

You don't need a priority date. There is always a visa available for the spouse of a US citizen.
