Form I-797C, should we be concerned?

We got this the other week and I looked at the USCIS website and the form says we might have to call to confirm for any changes, which we did. The lady who answered the phone was not very accommodating, she did say she cannot see anything on her end, my husband said the information on the form mailed to us was correct and the lady said that if my husband wants to know more, he needs to schedule a person which was located in a different state. I was wondering if this form was just a receipt or do we need to do anything else, I am just a tad worried we might be missing something that can delay our process. Thanks for all the input!

Form I-797C, Notice of action (so called NOA1) is just a confirmation that USCIS received your petition. Save it. It has your case number ("receipt number" in the form). You can use the number to track your case on USCIS site.
