Elliott had the interview yesterday in Sydney and after only a 5 minute interview we are APPROVED! thanks to everyone for the help & support!! & good luck to everyone still waiting! elliott said the man was very nice and relaxed and only asked a handful of questions (How/when did we meet? How long did we date before we got engaged? What do I do for work?) he even cracked a few jokes!! elliott said the man did not even go through any of the documents elliott brought (**sigh** i spent $60 sending them overseas!! lol)

goodluck!!!

Has anyone started doing their paperwork to become a resident? I started mine already, I had my biometrics appoinment, but still waiting on the letter that tells you when you have the interview, some people tell me that since we did the process with the Fiance Visa we don't have to go to an interview, that they just send by mail your residence card... does anyone know anything about it? and I'm worried bc my I-94 expires this week, so I don't know if I'm supposed to get an extension? or if there were to be any issues just say that I'm waiting for my papers?? I hope someone can help me and thank you!

Hi guys, just checking in to say hi and see how everyone is doing. How is married life and AOS going?

My fiancé and I have been living together in France, and with the attacks recently, life has been crazy. We are safe but too close for comfort, thankful to be alive but always afraid. But we are finally entering the USA tomorrow! I hope POE will not be too long or excruciating, but I am not hopeful considering we are coming from France. Either way, really looking forward to coming back and being able to breathe a little bit.
