When the time comes for me to send off the IV package to NVC, which will include passport sized photos of my husband, will it be okay to send the exact same photos that I had sent off to USCIS with my I-130?

The photos were tAken January 1, 2015 and my NOA2 was May 13, 2015. I would like to know if I should call my husband and give him heads up that he will need another set of passport sized photos......

How long usually from NOA2 until it is time to send the IV pacKage take?

Like they said there is no issue with using the same or different he will need some for the interview and his medical so he might need to take some new ones regardless if he's gonna run out of them soon or you have them all . From noa2 to when you can send it depends on how quick your service center sends your case out they creat a case number for you you pay the fees etc . Every case is different, on average about a month or a little more for you to be able to send everything off I'd say .

It says on NVC's website that the photos must have been taken within the last six months. Not sure how strict they are with that or if they even look to see if the NVC photos are the same as the USCIS photos. I took new photos for the NVC stage. I didn't wanna risk getting a checklist for something that silly, because with NVC you just never know. Some agents at NVC seems to be sending checklists for everything. <_<
