I'm trying to help my friend ... So ... She came to us with a tourist visa in March 2013, it should return to Brazil before September 2013. But she was here with her boyfriend. She gave birth to their daughter in April 2014 and they were married in September 2014. He applied for his naturalization few months ago and his ceremony will be next month.
Can anyone give me step by step of its "adjustment of status"?
What paperwork she needs?
How about fees?
Thank You!

~~Moved to AOS Family to AOS from Work, Student and Tourist Visas- As the person would be following this process.~~

There is a lot for them to learn and it could be done easily enough but it would be best for your friend to join VJ to ask their own question and do their own research.

Having a friend involved who also does not know what to do is a recipe for disaster.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
