I am so worried about NVC website issues. I'm wondering this kind of issue happened before.

and if it happened before, I would like to know how long did it take to be fixed. This is a really serious probkem?

Check out my signature for my process. My DS-261 was reviewed on April 30. A week later I called to ask why the fee hadn't been invoiced, and the phone rep put me under supervisor review. He said that, in my case, it was because my file wasn't unlocked for EP yet. I spoke to him Thursday, called back on Monday, and the agent confirmed my file was flagged for review. The next day the fee was unlocked.

I think there's a big glitch going on with everyone else, though. I feel like I got the "luckiest" of the unlucky, since my issue was a problem with EP and it doesn't seem to be affecting everyone else. Someone on the case complete spreadsheet mentioned that a phone rep had told her that they'll take 30 days to review the DS-260 on top of the AOS and IV packets, and I'm really hoping that's not true for all of our sakes. :(

EP means electronic processing. I sent all my files in via email. Not all countries are allowed to do this yet, most need to send their files through the mail.

Yes, they do. They say they need about 30 days to review the docs (like the DS-261), but the review of the DS-260 cannot be done over the phone. Some people get an earlier review than others.
