I am from pakistan. My passport has been with U.S. embassy islamabad for immigrant visa. My passport is due to expire on 30 nov 2015. Can I be issued visa after 31 may i.e. < 6 months from expiry or will they ask for passport renewal before issuing visa after 30 May 2015?

When was your medical?

While they usually do not issue visas on passports valid less than 6 months, a bit reason for that is that the visa is usually valid for 6 months, and that depends on when the medical was...

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
