Case complete but not reflected online?

I called the NVC on the 15th and was told by an agent that our case was complete that day...been checking online but it isn't reflected at the ceac site. Is there is usually a delay between what happens at the nvc and what is reflected online? I know I will have to wait for the letter, but I am hoping that with the timeline I have now my interview might be done by July.

Does this seem realistic?

Lots of people are having problems with the website at the moment. Just give it like 1-2 weeks then maybe call NVC to ask if your papers have been sent to your consulate and/or call your consulate to verify if your papers are there.

NVC are not always eager in updating their site. Some people get to know their case is complete on ceac when they have 3 "N/As" while some people are notified by emails. I guess it just depends on what NVC decide to do.
