Wife last name!!!!!!!!!

Hi VJ members

I have 1 question i got interview on 05/18 for my AOS

Actually my wife last is not change she want to keep her last name

Is this any problem in interview or not ?

They ask why

What is suitable answer for that ?

Please suggest me

No, its not a problem. She has every right to keep her name if that's her wish. I don't know why your wife wanted to keep it so only she can answer that. The only correct answer during the AOS interview is the truthful answer.

06/26/2015 - Received green card by mail (Yay I can rest for 2 years!)

Not a problem, she should just state she is attached to her name and wishes to keep it, etc.

It is not a problem. My wife did not change her last name. no question was asked at the interview. if the officer ask you, just say to him or her that she doesn't want to change her last name.
