Just got our RFE notice today asking of the following items:

-letter of intent from me with my original sign(beneficiary)
-form g325 incomplete (b-date of prior spouses, marriage date and divorce date)

-form i130 item no.14 (they found out he petitioned the 1st kid of her ex, he forgot about it and he don't have his information or alien number its been a long time ago like 10 years ago )

-acknowledgement of criminal record (which should be NO which is the paralegal told him only 1 box should be checked NO and the rest leave uncheck)

We are hoping we make everything right by this time on our own. Goodluck to all our journey. xoxo

hey just curious! did you originally only send one letter of intent? or did you send one for the beneficiary with a scanned signature? only asking because i sent 2 letters of intent but my fiancé signed it and scanned it back to me because at the time i was unaware that it had to be an original signature. so i was just wondering if your RFE was for that or for having no beneficiary letter at all. thanks!
