supervisor Review

Those of us on supervisor review at the Nvc has any one heard anything from them? I have been on it for past 16 days now.

Nope. I have been on it for 3 weeks. I called yesterday, they told me it would take up to 42 days. What a BS. Easy for the agency to take our money, but very slow to deliver what we are paying for

I heard supervisor review takes more time, is that true ?

I'm not sure. I just know that i'm not happy with the whole process. My case has been with NVC for almost 5 monrhs now. Same time it was at USCIS. Not fun. They were supposed to be faster, but they are not

I got a checklist for AOS sent it last week, no scanned date so far

small mistake, this could have been avoided. if i checked docs carefully.

My supervisor review was complete in two weeks. I called to check the status of my case once a week because the DS260 form wasn't reviewed in 30 days. Action didn't take place until the DS260 form was 60 days old. I also emailed NVC once a month.

Well my case has been pending at NVC for over 2 months. Will see what happens next week

I already posted my story on other threads. I got a checklist for a document I already sent in. I asked for a supervisor review. One month later, I call back to see what's up. They tell me for some reason, my request for a review was never acted on. So they said they have to put in the request again and I have to wait from day 1. It's been 2 weeks since then.

I think supervisor review will prolong the process further

That is one reason I did not opt for it.

My story my scan date was 3/13/15. I waited patiently at first but I started calling at day 45. They informed me that they are processing cases within 30 days. Call back on Friday. .. I called back the agents said that's odd let me send this for review. Everything has been paid since 4/4. He told me my case was never looked at or touched. I was devastated. So was my husband. The first girl I talked to said 2 weeks for review. When I called back that Monday, that lady said 42 days. She told me fill free to call everyday. But someone will call you to explain what happened. (No one ever called) so on last Friday, I called and they told me your case was complete on 5/11. You will receive a letter, he just waiting on his interview. My case took 60 days. The 5/11 was my original date based on the 60 days. That NVC almost broke me, by the way I never received any checklist nor any false checklist.

That sounds like a pretty good story. 60 days, no checklist, approved. What else do you want? Many others are in a much worse situation.

I was telling my story. I don't want anything. Yes, I know others are in worse situations, however I was in Supervisor Review. Thats the point. So please miss me with the smart response. Thanks
