Hi,

I am unable to pay the fee online for the beneficiary.

When the prompt PAY NOW comes up and I click on it it takes me back to a screen where I can no longer see any information about the beneficiary but only the petitioner, myself.

Please help!

I have called NVC several times to no avail-only to call back they are busy.

Thank you!

There is not enough information here to warrant a full remedy, but i suspect one of three things is happening:
1. You are suffering browser compatibility issues. Try using a different browser (i.e. Firefox, Chrome, IE, Safari)

2. The authenticating script is corrupted. Try updating Java and / or your current browser
3.. The NVC authentication servers / hosting servers are having issues. Try again in one hour.

NVC has been having issues since Thursday last week.

They are working on it

Important Notice:

We are aware that some users are experiencing technical difficulties accessing Form DS-260/261 or paying IV fees. If you experience any of this issue, please try it back later. We apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing.

Fortunately I was connected to NVC after many tries this afternoon around 3:30pm. After about one hour holding, I was directed to a rep. The rep told me that NVC is aware of the system problems and working on fixing it. She said fixing the system errors will take a few days, but was unable to give me any specific time line. I asked her whether I shall go to pay with a cash check, but I was told it will be subject to myself. But even IV was paid via cash check, still cannot fill DS-260 form before the system errors are resolved. DS-260 has to be filled on line. So just wait for more days.

August 5, 2015, and NVC website still not processing fee payment online. Still same error messages.

Has anyone been able to successfully pay online since May 2015?

If not, how did you end up submitting payment?

Good Morning,

Thanks for writing.

There is info on their site about a number to call if you have technical difficulties with payment and info about how to print out an invoice or to write them and to request one to mail in your payment.

Hope this helps!

Blessings to you!

Pay by mail

If you are unable to pay your fees online, there is an alternate pay-by-mail method, but it can delay the processing of your case. If you choose the pay-by-mail method, you can mail a cashier’s check or money order by following the steps below.

Step Action 1 Review the Immigrant Visa Fee and Affidavit of Support Fee Invoices your agent received from the NVC. 2 Make a cashier’s check (from a U.S. bank) or money order payable to the U.S. Department of State for the amount listed on the fee invoices. We do not accept personal checks.
Important: Write your NVC case number on the memo line of the cashier’s check or money order. 3

Mail the cashier’s check or money order with the fee invoices to the address below:

NVC Fee Processing Center
P.O. Box 790136
St. Louis, MO 63179-0136

Can fees be paid with personal check or credit card?
No, the National Visa Center cannot accept personal checks or credit card payments.
