Mixed up first and last name on I129F for K1

SO, here is the back story.

I applied for a I129F which was approved about 3 months ago.

I had my fiance get her PCC and medical examination, and I recently scheduled the date for the VAC and interview for New Delhi.

I noticed today that I mixed up her first and last name on the I129F form. I put her first name as her last name, and her last name as her first name.

Yes, I'm an idiot. BUT her name is correct on all other forms and appointments.

What do you all think? I emailed the National Visa Center but they never responded, I also tried to contact the US Embassy in New Delhi via USTRAVELDOCS, but they definitely don't know whats going on.

Think this'll be an issue?

She can correct it when she goes to the interview, is just one mistake. They will ask to verify that all information is correct.

She would have all the proper documentation to prove her correct name during the interview so she just needs to inform the consulate of the mistake so they can correct it. Shouldn't be a big dealio

Can be an issue.. day of her interview, have your fiance review her passport with the interviewing officer to be certain embassy has the name in correct order.

Just make sure everything is correct on the ds260 form and everything that the embassy request. My D.O.B was incorrect and we found out when my Fiance first called to get the case number, they wouldnt give him any info cause the DOB that he gave them was incorrect and thats how we had to quickly scan through the duplicate copy and give the date that we have on there as my date of birth and so they say to correct it at the embassy stage.

By the way, I did noted that my DOB was incorrect on the form I-129F in a email to the embassy when I was requesting my packet 3.

I've emailed USTRAVELDOCS a hundred times to let them know the name is incorrect and inverted. They are the contact for the US Embassy in New Delhi. For whatever reason, they keep telling me it shouldn't be a problem.

Any ideas?

They've told you numerous times it seems that it's ok. They keep telling you it shouldn't be a problem because it shouldn't as long as it's correct on everything else.....What more can we say on here?

Like we said, this can all be fixed during the interview. Just let the embassy people know of the mistake and don't leave until they confirm they corrected it.

Then why don't you trust them? I emailed them several times during my pre-interview stage and they give really good answers. They know what they are doing. Trust them. If they say it's not an issue, then it's not an issue.
