Hello everyone ,

I'v been searching here for profiles for k1 potion in Texas service center to see how long it take for every individual .

Most profiles are the same (5-6-7) months .

BUT

I keep seeing that potion from the Philippines process super fast (1-2) months in the Texas service center .

So i decided to speak with my fiance about this

My fiance have a friend that worked in uscis for 1 year , so he asked him about this also about the reason that potions from the Philippines get to process very fast

So he told him why and i got SHOCK !!!!

A lot of the adjudicator officer in the Texas service center are from the Philippines that been in the same process (K1 , Cr1 or any other immigration visa) so when they first review the potion from the Philippines they decide to take it to there desk and process it in less than 20 MIN !!!!

That's totally unfair .

****I'M NOT SAYING EVERY POTION FROM Philippines GOT APPROVE FASTER THAN IT SHOULD TAKE , I SAID MOST OF THEM ! AND HWO DON'T BELIEVE JUST GO AND TAKE A LOOK *****

I seriously doubt that is correct.

For one if there are adjuster from the philippines or that went thru the process. It seems there will be more at the csc service center then at tsc

it is because of the typhoons there. They should starting speeding process for the petitioners from Nepal because of the earthquake.

Potions? Petitions?

While I agree that there are some unfair practices in processing petitions (specifically its not a first come, first served basis process), most of the time, Philippine petitions get expedited because of natural disasters. Filipinos don't wish for their houses to be ruined or family members to suffer because of typhoons right?

I am totally agreeing with you that they should have a better way of handling petitions. I have also seen people who filed after me get approved before me, and I agree that it is infuriating. If you really believe there are some irregularities and your friend in USCIS is willing to go on the record about this, then report this. Make it an equal playing field for all of us.

I hope you dont take it out on Filipinos who are trying to get to USA via the legal route. We are all at the mercy of USCIS and all of us go through the same process, fill out the same requirements, and equally stress about being away from our loved ones.

It's not unfair. Those petitions are auto-expedites because of natural disasters (humanitarian reasons - those people may have no homes!). It's got nothing to do with who is processing them.

your logic is flaw. You explain why tsc process petitions faster for the Philippines, but what about the CSC service center. What about the other service center , Nebraska Vermouth I think there are a couple more that process the spousal visa. Does each service center have a lot of adjustors working there that have connections to the Philippines ?

I agree that Syria is a bad place to be but unfortunaly a war is not consider a natural disaster. A war can be prevented in most case it is usually not but it can be. Most time a natural disaster can not be
