Question: I had a felony conviction from 15 years ago and there is a non extradition warrant (meaning if I return to that state I could be arrested). Aslo, I did have a DUI.

Do I need a waiver or how does this change my application??? Thank you.

Thank you for your reply. I had served three years on the felony conviction which was 15 years ago. I learned after moving out-of-state many years later that I had a non extradition Warrant. It means I would be arrested if I returned back to that state for the questioning or such pertaining to charge. I have a valid passport to which I've traveled with, a drivers license and there is no issues. I have good job and home and other investments and such in life. I just was not sure as the US citizen if these previous things would become an issue? If I have to get a waiver I would then have legal counsel of course address that issue and take over the rest of this visa case.

Thank you!!! Yes I am the USC petitioning and my fiance (Beneficiary) is aware of the details of crime. There is NO AWA case and my beneficiary(foreigner) has a clear background. How do I disclose my past felony (crimes)?

**footnote I should have fought the charge back then as that I was young and did not have the legal support or money to pay for such and I regret it to this day. However, life goes on.
