Timeline

Hello members, I went here in USA using K1 visa and married my fiance now my husband. Were filling AOS soon.He just got out from Army and now a disabled Veteran. He has monthly disability check but cant meet the poverty guidelines though his sister will be our co sponsor. What documents he needs to proof that he's getting money from V.A. as supporting from his affidavit of support. Thanks alot for future response.

Your husband get go to the Veterans Administration website and go to the Tab MY Benefits. Here he will be able to download an official letter from the VA indicating his Disability percentage and Monthly Compensation amount.
