This question may have been asked a couple of time before but I just need a little bit clarification. I am a U.S. Citizen and want to file for my younger brother, I am well aware of the 12 to 15 year wait. I have the following documents ready -

1. I-130 form

2. My birth certificate

3. My US passport copy

4. My brothers birth certificate

5. Filling fee $420

Is there any other form or documents I require prior to mailing the package to USCIS ?

Your input is highly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

hi

if the copies of the birth certificates aren't in English, you need to attach a translation into English of the documents

the documents are only copies, the originals are for later
