Today I called NVC, was surprised it went through first time.

Talked to one nicest lady.

I asked her about check list, she said yes, i had to fix the mistake.

I asked her if there, if everything else is checked she said yes.

I will have to wait till next monday, that is what she said.

My question do they really know what they are telling ? or just tell the same to every one ?

A supervisor told me exactly what mine was I was able to email it to them about an hour later, got the checklist with what she said the next day . I know supervisors are capable of opening the email you will get and tell you I'm not entirely sure about the level 1s you get though .
