Recently I received my citizenship and my wife is currently in school under F1 visa (expired) but her I-20 is valid. She is currently registered for Fall 2015 class. I have also submitted her I-130 while I was a LPR but last week I have called in with an upgrade since I got my citizenship. My concern is how can she not go to school since I am a citizen of United States now? We have a daughter and she is overwhelmed taking care of her and going to school. Will she be fine if she don't attend school now? Does she has to inform her school? Or anything official form to submit to her school? I don't know and that is why I am posting it here. Please help.

Can I submit her I-485 application since I have already submitted her I-130 while it is pending approval? What are the procedures? How do I go from here?

1. You can go to school or not, it is up to her.

2. Don't wait for I-130 approval, it takes forever. Send in I-485, I-765, I-131 along with your I-130 receipt (same thing like concurrent filing) to AOS for her ASAP.

Good luck.
