Help! Advice filling form I-864A

Hi All,

Please help! Advice me how fill up the form I-864A in part 2 #13 from a to e. I'm so confused.

I am the principal sponsor.

I pepino on my mom.

My husband is the household member we filed joint the tax.

You the sponsor put your name in the first blank you put 1 in the second blank just for your mom, the person trying to immigrate . You list her name and date of birth where it has several lines in the box and put n/a if she has no alien number or social . Then the next line is you the sponsors signature . The next line or part 15 your husband puts his name then the next little line 1 for your mom and then he signs and dates it at the bottom because he is the household member your including .

This is the whole page for you line by line that box you are concerned about is where your mothers name and date of birth go that's it .
