Hi everyone. My I-130 Petition was approved last March. I have been calling the Immigration Visa Unit about my Manila case number or Packet 3. Last week, US Visa Service Desk (02-9768-5000) informed me that Immigration Visa Unit of Embassy Manila sent my Packet 3 last March 30 to my email address and my husband's. Honestly I have not received anything like that in my email and I have been checking my emails almost everyday. What should I do??? I have not started my Visa application yet. Please help me.

Hi mydonna! What email did you put when you filled in the embassy? Did you call or email the IV unit?

I emailed and called them. I gave them the same

email addresses when we filed. Can i proceed the process without the instruction? What should i do? They told me they will inform the Immigation Visa unit to resend it to me. Is there any way i can proceed without those?? I dont know when are they going to resend it? Thanks

if you have the mnl case number you can fill up your ds260 Consular Electronic Application Center (CEAC) website , you cant proceed without the case number.

congrats!! now its time to get busy... did you gather all the documents needed in your interview?

Go to https://ceac.state.gov/CEAC/ and go under the Immigrant Section and sign in with your case number and date of birth (yyyymmdd)

and complete your online DS-260.

I didn't receive the packet 3. although they sent it along with my manila case number. I couldn't open it so I ask how to get a copy of packet 3 instructions through a website manila.usembassy.gov which I already have. I ask the support-philippines@ustraveldocs.com representative of whats next. She told me to wait for the notification in the mail for the appointment. Aquafiree should I just go ahead and complete the ds-260 without waiting for that notice in the mail as she told me? Please give me advice..Thank you

Once you get your case number...it's ALL on you guys. You can fill out your DS-260 right then and there, you can schedule your interview AS SOON as you complete the Ds-260, and then you can pre-register at St. Lukes for you medical. It's pretty much up to you how fast you want to move after getting your case numbers..
