Plz any one know how long should i and my baby will wait to get approved on my 1-130 case .

we applied the form since 9 months ago ..

It usually takes around a year from filing to interview, though many males from Muslim countries get AP (extra security checks) after the interview.

Where are you in the process? Ie is your case at NVC yet? Which service center are you going through?

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
