If you mean the Affidavit of Support documents, they are not looking for you to send the pictures and correspondence. That is not reviewed at the NVC, that was done at the USCIS before your case was transferred. They are wanting a copy of your marriage certificate (and English translation if needed) for the Affidavit of Support. I called the NVC to confirm that for my case. I sent a copy of my passport biographic data page for the Affidavit of Support also. Something about confirming citizenship status? After that it was just the financial evidence. I also sent separate photo copies and translations of all the required civil documents for the IV package. I had a checklist with my welcome letter from the NVC to go by. You might want to give them a call to confirm what all is needed for your Affidavit of Support, but its not pictures and what not.

hi

did you mean affidavit of support or adjustment of status packet?

if you mean the i864 or i134 affidavit of support, the financial documents go with it

if you mean the adjustment of status packet, including the i130, then the proof of bona fide marriage goes with the i130

we need more information

Thank you! I am referring to the AOS/IV packet, not the I130. On the cover sheet, it lists "proof of relationship" under #2 (Financial Documents).

For the Aos packets Items to include are the I-864 form, latest tax transcripts or tax return with w-2.You can and also should provide Proof of current income (pay check stubs and or employment letter)

For IV packets all civil Documents required by the embassy of your spouse country including your marriage certificate

No additional proof of relationship is needed

Also If you are using a joint sponsor, that person will have to show proof of citizenship and proof of relationship to the petitioner,

That is what proof of relationship is referring to under the AOS packet

The proof of relationship that they are asking for in the AOS package is as J&Ana have stated. It is not asking for proof of relationship between the petitioner and beneficiary.

If a household member is combining their income with a petitioner or joint sponsor then proof they are related and living in the same home is needed.

This is correct. "Prove of relationship" is if you are using a joint sponsor.

In the AOS packet, under "proof of relationship", is that just our marriage certificate or is that where we include pictures, flights, joint bank accounts, etc?

For AOS proof of relationship you may include a certified copy of marriage license, pictures, most recent bank statement with both of your names on it, copy of apartment lease showing both of your names on it.

Most of the above documents are needed during ROC (Removal of Conditions). During my AOS application, I only submitted copy of apartment lease, copy of marriage license and pictures....but if you have those, you can submit as much as you want..

The op is referring to the AOS and IV packet that is sent to the NVC for the IR-1/CR-1 spousal visa .It might be a different process for AOS for a K-1 visa but for the AOS packet that is sent to the NVC for the CR-1 visa no additional proof of relationship is needed

AOS in the IR1/CR1 refers to the Affidavit of Support not the Adjustment of Status. An Ir1/Cr1 visa holder does not need to adjust their status as they become a green card holder immediately upon entry to the USA.
