Hey ,

I just wanna ask 2 question about the K1 process .

Me and my fiance received the NOA1 In the 27 ,October 2014 , and were in the 195 days waiting (we have inside the potion all papers done perfect And lots of strong evidence (lots of pics traveling together, lived together (we sent the apartment contract under our names ...etc )

How long do you think guys were gonna wait more till the NOA2 ?

And if someone got it and went to the embassy interview could he/she kindly tell me about the experience ,how they treat you , what they asked ,did they look in everything you prepare ... and how long it took till you received your visa ?

TSC is backlogged and people have been waiting quite some time to get an approval for the I-129F petition. Check out the K-1 Progress forum for other posts on this topic and there should be a thread for Oct. 2014 filers somewhere in there too, to see how others with your same timeline are doing.

I suggest checking the reviews here on VJ for the consulate you will interview at. They may shed some light on the process goes for your particular consulate.
