Well today my CEAC status updated from Immigrant AP to Non-Immigrant Ready status. From what I've seen in other posts, that's actually a good thing. Today marks exactly 49 days after the embassy received my NBI with a.k.a. I hope you guys don't experience as long of a wait as I had. Now onto the next step! I wonder how long this one will be lol.

your very right there, that's what my sisters said why I bveen through with this, and don't even know what is ap coz, they were approved and got their visa without any hurdles. you mean to say no update yet. we will just God is looking at us he knows we want to be with our beloved. stay positive and be happy.

is there anyway to call the embassy in regards with the visa? if yes, can you please tell me their number. thankeee!

calling them will not give you any information but just the same information you can read on your status at CEAC website. if you have question beyond that they cannot provide you anything. i called them many many times then i figured it out they are infront of desktop...asking your passport number check it to the 2go website if they cant find it they will ask you case number and they will just check it to the CEAC website. believe me they can not provide any information...they will give you same info what is there in your CEAC status

02 301 2000 loc 2224 but they will not say anything regarding your immigrant visa application.

Without doing a lot of research, I wouldn't know that you are a CR-1, a K1 or an EB2 because you have not finished filling in your profile. That information, if filled in, would appear under your avatar. Look at others and you will see what I mean. Knowing that information, I wouldn't have recommended you to go to my site, even though there is some information there that would be helpful to your process.

There is helpful information with the interview, CFO, Airport Taxes, POE which could help you. But....

I'm just saying.

hi, thank you for positive message. I'm happy anyhow coz my status updated. but its not ready " open case" its ready for interview . and updated again yesterday but the same message. I had my CFO seminar .way back 2010 when I renewed my passport. one thing I will ask if I still need to do it again. thank you for the guide.
