Hey everyone

I'm very new to using this website and have found it so useful already :no:

Wanted to ask for a little advice if any one knows the best thing for us to do.....

We received a letter requesting for evidence, and we are being asked to provide evidence for when my husband travelled to my country, including when we got married in my country. However this was never the case!! And we never stated it was.... We got married in his country and I have only ever travelled to his country, never has he been to mine. How can we go about getting this information corrected.

Double-check your form - where did you say you were married (section C, question 8)? It could just be a clerical error on their part in terms of referring to your country rather than his. etc.

Reply to the RFE with a cover-letter restating when and how you were married and when and how you met. Include evidence, such as passport stamps, itineraries, etc. You sent your marriage certificate, correct?

7th May 2013 - I-130 filed
4th June 2013 - NOA2 (approved)
16th July 2013 - Interview (approved)
30th July 2013 - POE San Francisco
29th August 2013 - 2 year green card arrived

* Removal of Conditions (RoC) via California Service Centre
1st May 2015 - 90 day RoC window opened
6th May 2015 - I-751 filed (delivered 8th May, cheque cashed 18th May)
7th August 2015 - Approved / GC production
27th August 2015 - 10 year green card arrived

* Naturalisation (Citizenship) via Phoenix Lockbox

* San Francisco Field Office:
1st May 2016 - N-400 window opened
20th August 2016 - N-400 filed
26th August 2016 - NOA1
13th September 2016 - Biometrics

12th January 2017 - Biometrics (again)
30th May 2017 - Interview (approved)
7th June 2017 - Oath

Should i reply to the rfe first with the correct information before I send all my information? Or alongside everything I gather together?

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "all my information" but point out the correct information (in a cover letter - i.e. the RFE asked for X but we put Y on the form, so I'm sending evidence to match that) and the evidence to match it - just incase they've lost it or something. Sending it all together with the RFE response means it's more likely to get married up with your file properly. Good news is, RFE means they're working on your case and you should get a decision soon after!
