Does anyone know how to get a Police Certificate in Bogota Colombia?

Before the interview we need to have a No Criminal Record Police Certificate.

I have found information about going to a DAS office, but the website www.DAS.gov.co doesn't exist, because according to information I found online, the DAS organization in Colombia was disintegrated back in 2011.

Can anyone give me the step by step process of how to get this done? I heard the request for the form can be done from a website.
