Hello, I am petitioning for a K-1 visa , and in the affidavit of support, the resident section, I have a broken Lease will this affect the petition in anyway? ANy information will help, if any one has had any certain problem of this sort.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Not important. Don't hide it though, as they hate when you hide things.

The most important thing is enough income. If you have a regular job like the rest of us (in other words on the books regular paycheck) and the amount is enough, you should have no problems.

The affidavit of support is not sent with the I-129F petition, and there is nowhere on the I-134 to answer/write anything about having a broken lease. Cannot think of any form that would ask about your lease situation.

Hi everyone! I am new in this site. I had my interview last May 05 for my k1 visa and it went fine. My problem is, ths CO did not get or ask my Form I-134 or Affidavit of support, will they approved me or denied, I am so worried. Does anybody has the same case with me, please help, thanks.
