Thank you for help.

I tried, but still there is $ 0.0 only. There is no any other option.

I can not understand, why it is like that?

One thing,NVC mentioned my priority date is December-26-2014,what does it mean? How it will be helpful to me in future.

NVC has to review DS261. After that IV fee will be unclocked.

I see you have submitted DS261. Do you have "completed" under status? (Do NOT open DS261 form again!)

Call NVC

PS use Microsoft Internet Explorer

Ooh....after email invoice you have to wait 2-3 days. It should be unlocked by tomorrow or early next week.

If you're USC and sponsoring your spouse priority date doesn't concern you.

Sorry for my typo. I was unable to pay IV fee. So I called NVC last night and was told there were technical issues. Today if you open the web, it shows system technical issues and they're working on it.
