I completed my DS-261 on March 19.

and I still haven't received IV fee invoice yet. I called NVC on April 29. The operator told me that I can receive IV fee invoice in 2 or 3 days. But Im still waiting for it.

Does anyone have same situation?

I already sent AOS and IV package last month.

What should I do?

Call call call, until they agree to review your DS-261 over the phone. They are quoting it takes 42 days to review it. So that is why your fee in not available.

Sorry my bad, if your DS-261 has been reviewed then it took ours 2 days to become available. I would call them to make sure it has.

NVC RECEIVED :2015-04-16

Case # Assigned: 2015-04-22

Received DS-261: 2015-04-22

Submitted Ds-261: 2015-04-22

AOS Bill Invoiced: 2015-04-23

AOS Bill Paid: 2015-04-23

Submit AOS and IV packages: 2015-04-25

Scan dates for both packages: 2015-04-27

Ds-261 Reviewed over the phone: 2015-05-01 (9 days after submission)

IV Bill invoiced: 2015-05-04

IV Bill paid: 2015-05-08

AOS checklist received by NVC: 2015-06-19

I had mine reviewed the 14th of April still nothing they tell me it's a issue because my husbands case is a electronic processing one . It's getting real old .

It took almost 2 months to receive IV fee invoice. I didn't call NVC yesterday, I just got an email after I posted my question at visa journey . I was so surprised.

I got an invoice through email and mailed it yesterday. You will probably get it by email. The site is still freezed out even though according to the email, it was issued on May 4th. Keep checking your email or call them again.

Read your post again.. Print the invoice, buy a money order of $325 and mail it to the St. Louis, MO address provided. IF YOU HAVE THE invoice already emailed, then don't wait around for them. Mail it in.
