Because they got approved at the same time you cannot get a k3 which is what I assume you were going for it will now get sent to the nvc and you will deal with them for a little while so still a little while to go .

Your profile says Adjustment of Status Pending; are you a greencard holder or US citizen?

Why did you file I29f ?

Bye: Penguin

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

****** Moving from Bringing Family to CR-1 spousal visa *****

From your other topic: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/539624-1-year-still-no-answer/ it looks like your husband is in Haitil thus, you cannot file I-485 as that is for people to Adjust Status when they are already inside the USA. Please change your profile to "Filed for- CR-1" so members trying to help you don;t get confused.

Our Guide here: http://www.visajourney.com/content/i130guide1 should answer many of your questions.
