The embassy should provide you a list of documents you will need to bring to the interview. It is country-specific at this stage, but the most common requirements are:

1. I-134 and supporting documentation

2. Confirmation page of your DS-160

3. Medical exam results

Edited to add: please fill out your timeline. It helps the community and makes it easier for people to give you advice because they'll know what stage you're at.

Ooops my bad! Thats what I get for being under the weather and mukti-tasking! Lol. Sorry about that!

I'll add that I have heard that have a certified copy of your Birth Certificate (if a natural born US Citizen) may be required. If you have ever been married before, bring certified copies of divorce decrees or death certificates.

I made myself a checklist spreadsheet as a reminder to be complete.

Take a look here. It might be more than what you need, but you can cross check to

see what's applicable to you.

You should look at the web page : http://ukraine.usembassy.gov/visa-forms.html

and follow the instructions for Fiancée Visa Information Packet .

This is what the US Embassy will email to you once they receive your packet from NVC.
