Hi Everyone!

I have received my EAD/AP and am currently waiting for news about my GC interview.

I took the Tennessee Drivers Knowledge test last week and have my Driving Skills Test next week, and I was wondering if anyone has had a driving test recently and what maneuvers they asked you to do?

I remember when I took my driving test in the UK (11 years ago!!) I had to parallel park, do a 3 point turn and reverse round a corner or something, is it the same here? I've tried looking all over but the TN DMV doesn't really give much info.

Just a little bit nervous! Any help would be appreciated! :)

Yes that sounds pretty standard for the Driving tests I have taken in several states here. It is basic safe driving. Can you operate the vehicle safely. And do basic maneuvers. Find a local driving school they should be able to answer your question.

I'm in Georgia and did my driving test a month ago. I drove around for less than ten minutes, did a fast moving stop (safely), parallel parked, and reversed into a parking spot. Very easy :) no instructor lessons needed.

I just practiced the test online and practiced manoeuvring the car before the test.

Guess i'll just go practice parallel parking, I think i've only had to do this twice since moving to the states! :)
